Software made foryour business, and nobody else’s.

Imisium designs and builds custom software for small and growing businesses. We use AI where it helps, and plain, dependable software everywhere else.

Free, 30 minutes. You leave with a written plan, even if you never hire us.

Somewhere in your business, a smart person is copying and pasting.

Retyping orders. Keeping three spreadsheets in sync. Answering the same five questions. Working around tools that almost fit. None of it is hard. All of it adds up, every week.

17hours a week

That’s 816 hours a year: 21 working weeks, or 45% of a full-time role.

Your numbers, not ours, counted over 48 working weeks and a 38-hour week. The right software can take most of this off your plate. The free review shows you where to start.

Software for the problems only your business has.

  1. When spreadsheets, group chats and apps that almost fit are holding the business together, we build one tool that does the job properly. Your team gets one place to see the work, update it and find what they need.

    • A job tracker the whole team uses
    • A client portal instead of status emails
    • One dashboard instead of seven tabs
    • Quotes, bookings and invoices that talk to each other
  2. AI assistants that answer routine customer questions, draft replies, read documents and move information between your tools. Anything that touches money, customers or big decisions waits for your OK.

    • A customer service assistant that passes tricky questions to you
    • An assistant that knows your documents and prices
    • Invoices read, matched and filed
    • New enquiries logged and answered within minutes
  3. Have an idea for an app or a software product? We help you shape it, test it with real people and build a first version you can sell. If you started with an AI app builder, we can make it ready for real customers.

    • Web apps and SaaS products
    • Mobile apps, when they earn their place
    • Clickable prototypes to test an idea
    • AI-built prototypes made safe to launch
  4. A clear, fast website that makes a growing business look like the obvious choice, and sends every enquiry straight into your new systems. Plus the brand and interface design that holds it all together.

    • Websites that win work
    • Brand and identity
    • Product and interface design
    • Written for search and AI assistants

Works with what you already use:Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, HubSpot, Shopify, Xero, QuickBooks, Notion, Airtable, Stripe, Salesforce, WhatsApp, and more.

Here’s AI doing real work.

No magic and no black box. Just small, reliable steps that used to be somebody’s afternoon. Pick a workflow and press run.

Insight

14th ‘where is my order’ email this week. Adding tracking to the shipping confirmation would prevent most of them.

An example workflow with sample data. Real systems are built around your tools and your rules.

Have an idea for a product?

We help founders, and businesses with know-how to sell, turn an idea into software people pay for. We start small, test it with real people, and build a first version you own outright.

Already built something with an AI app builder? We can make it ready for real customers.

Tell us about your idea
  1. Product Blueprint

    1 to 2 weeks

Shape the idea, plan the first version and test a clickable prototype with real people.

  2. First version

    Usually 6 to 10 weeks

Design and build the core: accounts, payments and the features that matter most.

  3. Launch and learn

    From launch day

Go live, see what people actually do, and improve it with us or on your own. The code is yours.

Four steps. No surprises.

A simple process for busy people. You’ll always know what’s happening, what it costs, and what it’s for.

  1. 01

    Free review

    30 minutes

We talk through how your business works and where it gets stuck. You leave with a short written plan, whether you hire us or not.

  2. 02

    Blueprint

    About a week

A clear plan: what we’ll build, what it connects to, what it should change, and a fixed price. It’s a small paid step, and its cost comes off your build.

  3. 03

    Build

    2 to 10 weeks

We build in short cycles and show you working software every week. You test it on real work before anything goes live.

  4. 04

    Breathe

    From launch day

We hand over everything: the software, plain-English docs and a walkthrough for your team. Then we keep an eye on it, so it keeps working.

The breathing-room guarantee.

Every Blueprint names what the software should change, like hours saved or faster replies. If what we build doesn’t deliver that within 60 days of launch, we keep working on it, free, until it does.

It’s written into every proposal, in plain English.

What we believe. And a few things we won’t do.

  • Boring is the goal.

The best software is the kind your team stops noticing. If something breaks, we’ll usually know before you do.

  • People stay in charge.

Anything that touches money, customers or big decisions has a person who can say no. The AI drafts. You decide.

  • Your data stays yours.

Systems run in your own accounts, with only the access each step needs. We never use your data to train AI models.

  • You own everything.

No lock-in, no mystery subscriptions. If we ever part ways, everything we built keeps running, and it’s documented.

  • We’ll tell you when you don’t need us.

If an off-the-shelf tool or a better spreadsheet does the job, we’ll say so, and help you set it up.

  • Plain English, always.

No jargon on calls, in proposals or on invoices. If we can’t explain it simply, we haven’t understood it yet.

ìmísí

  1. 1Inspiration.
  2. 2Literally, the act of breathing into something.

That’s the job, twice over. We breathe new life into the way your business runs. And we give the people running it room to breathe.

Fair questions, straight answers.

Something else on your mind? Ask us directly.

We’re not technical. Is that a problem?

Not at all. That’s who we build for. You describe how the business works, we handle the technology, and we explain everything in plain English. Your team gets a walkthrough and simple guides at handover.

Why custom software instead of an off-the-shelf tool?

Sometimes off-the-shelf is the right answer, and we’ll tell you when it is. Custom software makes sense when your team keeps working around a tool, copies data between apps, or pays for features nobody uses. Then software built around how you work saves time every single day.

Do you only build with AI?

No. We use AI where it clearly helps, like reading documents, drafting replies or answering routine questions. Much of what we build is plain, dependable software with no AI in it at all.

Who owns what you build?

You do. It runs in your accounts, and the code and the data are yours. If we ever part ways, it keeps running, and it’s documented.

Can you build my product idea?

Yes. We start with a short Product Blueprint and a clickable prototype, so you can test the idea with real people before paying for a full build.

What tools do you work with?

Probably the ones you already use: Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, HubSpot, Salesforce, Shopify, Xero, QuickBooks, Notion, Airtable, Stripe, WhatsApp and many more. If a tool can be connected, we can usually connect it.

Is our data safe?

Everything runs inside your own accounts, with only the access each part needs. We don’t keep copies of your data, and we never use it to train AI models. Where AI is involved, we use providers that contractually don’t train on business data.

What happens if something breaks?

Everything we build is monitored and alerts us when something looks off, often before you notice. Launch includes 30 days of fixes. After that, an optional care plan keeps us on call.

How much does it cost, and how long does it take?

Every project has a fixed price, agreed in the Blueprint before the build starts. Most tools and automations take two to six weeks. A first version of a new product usually takes six to ten. The first review is free.

Will AI replace my staff?

That’s not what we build. We take the repetitive work off your team’s plate so they can spend their time on customers, craft and growth.

Take a breath.
Then let’s talk.

Book a free 30-minute review. Tell us how your business works and what keeps getting in the way. You’ll leave with a plan you can use, with or without us.
